Tigers got off to a strong start against local rival City pulling away 7 – 3 after about a quarter of the game played. City, however, kept the pressure up and kept pushing to come back to the game throughout the remaining 45 minutes, by the end closing in to 3 goals to make the end result 18 – 15.
Sam Galvin topped the scoresheet with an impressive 6 goals to ensure a Tigers victory, assisted by Catherine and Daisy (4 each), as well as Sam Oldham (2), Maddy (1) and David (1).
