Another great win for T5 - this time against Phoenix 3.
We welcomed back ex-chair of the club Steve, who showed he hadn't forgotten how to play and promptly scored the first goal of the match. It was a bit of a slow start, but we kept edging forwards, going up to 5-0 before they managed to get on the scorecard. We defended really well and kept their attacks very static finishing 7-3 up at half time, which would have been double had our shots been more on target.
Their attacking improved in the 2nd half, but we kept up the momentum and the game finished at 10-6.
Goal tally - 3 for Jacqui, 2 each for Cindy & Daniel, and 1 each for Chloe, Ellis & Steve.
