Pushing Members To Join A New Club/Team

With Teamo you can now prompt members to join a specfic team or group within your club!

Have you ever had to spend hours sifting through new players and assigning them to the correct teams?

Well not anymore, Teamo has you covered!

Within Teamo coaches and managers are able to send out a team-specific link to players so they can join the correct team directly without having to be assigned!

Coaches can send this link to all the appropriate players and have them join in a flash.

Super Easy Proccess!

Teamo has worked hard to ensure this process is simple for everyone involved!

Coaches/managers:

Simply click share under your team and copy the unique code. Once copied you can then share this code with all members you wish to join!

Players:

Simply click on the link you receive from your coaches and follow the steps to join your team!

"Will players still be able to complete the teams registration form if they join via a link?"

Of course!

Any new team member that joins via a link will be forced to fill out your team's registration form before they're able to officially join your team.

"How do I share the unique link for a specific team?"

To share a team's unique invite link, first click on the team under The Club, and click share.

From here you'll be given a unique link that you can send to your members to allow them to join the team directly!

"My team has a registration form that players need to complete before joining. Will they be able to do this if joining via a link?"

Yes!

Any required registration form linked to your team will be compulsory for players to complete before they can join the team.

"How can I share the link?"

You can copy and paste the link straight from the app. Therefore you can share it however you feel easiest including emails, texts, WhatsApp etc...
