For both adults and juniors, membership applications and updates to contact information and ICE contacts will be managed through Teamo. All players must be registered on Teamo and a reminder to update key information as part of the membership application will be sent to each participant in September.
This process will replace the previous paper applications and electronic forms.
All fees this season will also be managed through Teamo.
The consent Form MUST be returned before under 18s can participate in club activities.
We welcome new players to attend 3 training sessions before deciding whether to become a full member of the club.
Our membership prices outlined below include a home and away shirt plus a skort or shorts (totaling £90) in a player's first year.

New members must not have been a member of AHC for 2 full seasons.

**Junior members attending two training sessions per week, eg Avengers + Eagles or Seniors + Eagles for the season will incur an additional £40 on their membership.

***Occasional Player membership is open to those players expected to play 6 matches or fewer over the course of the season including Summer League. If exceeded, the member will be requested to pay the balance to full membership. Training is not included in this membership.
Membership payment is preferably annual but half-yearly or monthly payment options are available upon request. Please contact the Treasurer or Membership Secretary to apply for this option.
All membership payments will be managed through Teamo. Paid-up membership is an essential part of the selection criteria.
Payment for match fees is managed through Teamo and will be request once the match has been paid. Please ensure prompt payment and discuss with your Captain or the Treasurer should you have any difficulties.

Coaches and umpires can claim reimbursement against hours committed to the club. Further information on rates can be gained directly from the treasurer.
The club will support any member who wishes to develop their skills in coaching and umpiring and will contribute to the cost of umpire development courses, coaching training, insurances and affiliations. We would encourage any member wishing to develop their own skills in these areas to get in touch!
All requests for payment will be managed through Teamo. Please contact the treasurer to discuss alternatives if required.
