Golden Goal Lacrosse Coaching for Cobham 27th January!

Golden Goal Lacrosse will lead workshops for us at training next Saturday 27th January!

Next Saturday both Ella and Julie Wise will come along to lead our workshops

Julie has been coaching for over 10 years, for clubs, camps and the England Regional Academy. After captaining Cambridge lacrosse to two silver BUCS medals, Julie went on to be part of the Senior England Women’s team in 2018, earning her first cap against Puerto Rico in 2022. She was part of the World Cup training squad for 2022 and has been part of the GB Sixes Lacrose squad since 2022. Julie has also taken part in the Fly in 2021, 2022 and 2023, being named to the All Star team in 2021 and 2022 as one of the top 5 goal scorers. She is looking to make the England European championship team in 2024.

Ella has been coaching for the last 6 years. For the last 2 years she has been coaching weekly for Hawks and New Stars club. From 2018-2021 Ella was a sports scholar at the University of Nottingham and played in their Ladies Lacrosse 1st Team. Since then, Ella has been part of the Senior England team and GB squad, earning her first cap at Home Internationals in 2022. Ella was Top Goal Scorer at The Fly 2022, Forge Icon in 2023, joining Julie on the All-Star team. Ella, like Julie, hopes to be selected for the England European championship team in 2024.
