Dear Club Secretary,
At the last DCHA AGM it was decided to delay the setting of this season’s County Affiliation Fees (due by 31st Dec 24) and the acceptance of other general business requiring a vote as the meeting was not quorate.
Re-reading the newly-adopted constitution, only changes to the constitution require a quorate vote. However, general business & setting of the affiliation fees is a straight vote from those present which, in retrospect, could have been done on the night.
The Committee has agreed that the fees should not change and should remain at £50 per team for this season. These fees are essential to the successful running of the Talent Pathway with which the County is tasked.
I am therefore calling a General Meeting to be held by Zoom at 7pm on Monday 18th Nov 24 in order to vote on the setting of affiliation fees and the acceptance of the other general business which includes:
AGENDA
a) approval of the previous AGM minutes
d) approval of accounts
e) appointment of an Independent Examiner of accounts
f) election of officers (there being no other nominations, those in post were re-elected)
g) determination of subscription fees and entry fees for the following season.
