The Executive Committee of Ditton Minors FC meet monthly to discuss important club business. They make decisions that affect the day to day running of the Club, adapt policies and ensure that all processes are followed. These officers are elected at the Club's AGM and carry out numerous activities throughout the year, outside of the regular meetings, including club administration, managing relationships with our match and training venues, developing policies, securing funding and general maintenance at our grounds.
The Committee at Ditton Minors FC also meet on a monthly basis to discuss upcoming changes to the Club, key events and updates on teams. The Committee is made up of the Club's volunteers, including managers and assistants.
We are currently on the look out for volunteers to run our Fundraising team. As a Club, we rely solely on volunteers and fundraising goes a long way in keeping our costs down with regards sign on fees. Simply put, the more money we can fundraise through our social events and other activities throughout the year, the lower the sign on fee will be for the new season.
