Ealing W2s v Old Merchant Tailors
Today W2s played Old Merchant Tailors, and we sowed them who’s boss. We fabricated some fantastic goals after a slow start. We struggled to score in the first half, but after much pressure the opposition frayed at the edges.
The first goal came from a short corner - the passing was on point, one button, two button three button score - Jen to Marianne, to Zoe who threaded the needle and gave us an advantage.
Then the second goal was seamless from Maike and Izzy as we stitched together another short corner. Shout out to Lettie who zipped up every opportunity to drive the line and hemmed it in the D to gain us short corners.
