Another great performance by the U15’s in the indoor league.
Eastergate went into bat first W Holland and H Blunden opened the batting setting off at a superb pace, great shots added runs to the board quickly.
Ferring’s wicket keeper was highly effective along with the rest of the team seeing 4 batter run out leaving A Arman as the last man standing to stay in and keep adding scores to the board. Eastergate closed the innings on 127.
W Holland, A Arman and N Wright took the first three overs with the team keeping the fielding tight and the runs too limited numbers.
First wicket fell with an outstanding catch by N Wright, H Blunden and A Booker working together too see another batsman off with a brilliant run out and A Arman taking a wicket towards the end saw Ferring close the innings on 66 runs.
