Our #GetSocial tool is a great resource to enhance your club’s social media content, with the ability to create graphics for upcoming fixtures, teamsheets, recent results, more! #GetSocial can be accessed by Club Admins, Managers, Captains, & those with the Comms Officer club role. Information presented on the graphics, such as who is playing who, or how many goals the team scored this weekend, can all be downloaded at the touch of a button, without having to manually add in this information.
You will only need to select the teamsheets or add the results in after the game for this to work perfectly.
To import your upcoming fixtures into your graphic, head to the Fixtures section (in GetSocial), set your date range, & click Find Fixtures! These will then be automatically implemented into your graphic. You can then proceed by setting the branding, & adding any media & sponsors to your graphic.
The same principle applies to your recent results graphic. Set the date range, & click ‘Find Fixtures’. Once they have been imported into your graphic, you can then do the same as before, setting the branding, media & sponsors.
When using the ‘Result’ graphic, rather than setting a date range, simply click ‘Add Event’, select the fixture, & the result will be imported into the graphic. Just ensure that you have added the result & any statistics to the event itself!
The Teamsheet graphic includes the same options with the Branding, Media & Sponsors, but comes with the addition of the event being displayed at the top of the graphic, followed by the ‘Players’ section. Here, just click ‘Add Players’ to select & add them in. You can also organise the teamsheet if you wish to change the order of each name. The Layout section allows you to edit the orientation of the graphic, along with the background headline.
The squad announcement graphic uses walk-on videos that you have created to announce your squad! Once you have uploaded the media, removed the background & tagged the relevant member, their walk-on video will be included in the graphic through the ‘Players’ section. Then just round it off by completing the other visual aspects of the graphic!
Build a graphic using the Polaroid template to generate a collage of photos for your next social media post!
When you are happy with your graphic, you can choose to generate it as an image or a reel. If you choose to download the video, you can also download the best format for a reel, which we would recommend! Reels will allow you more options within your post, with access to a music library and more filters than a normal video thrown up on Instagram.
The player profile uses an uploaded photo of the member, to allow you to generate a graphic to introduce them!
This can all be done in the ‘Branding’ section of the graphic. Here, you can edit the Primary & Secondary colours by selecting the circles that they preview in.
Once you have uploaded the media, select ‘Add Tags’, & link the member’s name to the media. Then, add them too the graphic, & click ‘Organise Teamsheet’. From here, click the member’s name, & click ‘Add Media here, or Choose File’. Just select the media, & it will link to the graphic!
We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
