You can use either! If it is a coaching or summer course you can set up multiple training days for teams meaning that they can pay for each session individually.

With teamo you can set training and social events as prepaid events. This means that if you have an allotted amount of tickets once players have paid their space is now reserved and they are confirmed as attending.

"What happens if a member wants to pay Cash or BACS instead of via the app?"

That's no problem at all! Members can select the Pay Later option during registration. Managers and administrators will keep note of this and mark the payments as paid by Cash or BACS when the payment has been received.

How can I create a ticket product?

Head to Manage Club > Manage Club Products > Create new product.

How can I assign a ticket to an event?

When creating a training or social event in the Calendar, toggle Requires Payment and assign the relevant fee.
