Fundraising with Capatins and Managers

Captains and managers play a vital role in helping your club raise funds, and with Teamo’s new fundraising tools, they can now actively contribute to these efforts. By having access to specific icons, they can easily identify who is eligible and who has signed up for your club's fundraising initiatives. This streamlined approach helps engage more members and boosts your fundraising efforts.

Where to Find the Icons

  1. Go to an event in Teamo.
  2. Select the summary.
  3. Turn on Player Info.
  4. You’ll now see the fundraising icons beside each player’s name.

Step 1: Turning on the ‘Player Info’ Toggle

To get started, captains and managers need to access the Player Info toggle on the squad list. This feature will display helpful fundraising icons, making it easy to see which players are eligible, signed up, or still need to join the fundraising activities.

Step 2: Understanding the Icons

Once the Player Info toggle is on, the following icons will appear next to player names:

The player is ineligible for Teamo Rewards.
The player is eligible for Teamo Rewards but hasn't signed up yet.
The player is signed up for Teamo Rewards.
The player is playing Teamo Lottery.
The player has raised money for the club through Teamo Rewards.

Step 3: Using the Icons for Fundraising

By referring to these icons, captains and managers can easily:

  • Identify eligible players who haven't signed up yet.
  • Target specific players who need a reminder to join Teamo Rewards or Teamo Lottery.
  • Recognise members who are actively participating, helping you acknowledge and motivate them.

These icons help streamline your fundraising efforts, making it clear who you need to reach out to, and ensuring that your team stays organised and on track to raise funds.

Step 4: Engaging the Whole Club

Getting your whole club involved in the Teamo Lottery and Rewards programs is key to maximising your fundraising efforts. Use the icons to encourage more sign-ups and keep track of your club’s participation. The more members who get involved, the greater the opportunity to raise money through ticket sales, rewards programs, and donations!

Step 5: Viewing Fundraising Progress

When you turn on the Player Info toggle, a small pop-up will appear in the bottom right corner of your screen. This pop-up will show a summary of how much your team or group has raised through Teamo Rewards. It provides a quick and easy overview of your team's progress, helping you track fundraising success.

By using these icons, captains and managers can take a more proactive role in boosting your club's fundraising initiatives, making it easier to raise funds and achieve your goals.
