This is what your players’ parents could be getting — a professional player development report, built straight from a quick form. Here’s the few minutes it takes to set one up: build a form, send it to your team, and switch it on. Let’s go.
Academy lives right in your main menu on the left, alongside Contacts, Calendar and Manage. Open the menu and tap Academy to get started.

If your club hasn’t switched Academy on yet, this is what you’ll see. Have a quick read, then tap Start your 60-day free trial — no card needed — and Academy is on.

This is your Academy home. Your own forms live under My Forms, ready-made templates under Club Forms, and everything you’ve sent out under Assignments. The Create Form button is there whenever you want a new one.

You’ve got two easy ways to start. Browse the ready-made templates under Club Forms and make one your own, or tap Create Form → Create from scratch and build your own in minutes. For this example we made a short player self-review — a couple of star ratings and a couple of written answers — and tapped Publish.

Assigning is one button. On your form, tap Assign → Assign to Teams, tick the team you want — here the 1st XI — and tap Assign. Every player on that team gets it.

Open the assignment and there’s your whole squad in one place, ready to go. Now it’s over to the players.

A couple of minutes, a few taps, and you’re done — and it saves as you go, so you can’t lose your answers. Here’s what your players (or a parent filling in for a younger child) will see.
When your coach sends you a review, you’ll find it waiting in Academy. Open it up and you get a short, friendly form with the questions laid out, ready to answer.

Give yourself a rating on each scale, and write a line or two for the written questions. Each answer shows Saved as you go — there’s no Save button to hunt for.

When you’re happy, tap Review & Submit, check the quick summary, and tap Submit My Answers. That’s it — your coach has your review.

The whole thing works just as well on a phone.
Open the form on your phone and the rating questions come first, each marked Saved as you tap.

Scroll down to add your written answers and a goal for next season. When it reads all answered, submit. Done in a couple of minutes.

This is the payoff — a polished player development report that lands with the parent, built straight from the answers, with any coach-only notes kept private.
Here’s what’s on the way: once your players have filled their forms in, you’ll open each one from your squad list, add your own ratings and a short note on what to work on next, and drop a quick thumbs-up or star for a bit of encouragement. From there the development report generates automatically — a clean, professional summary your player’s parents receive.

You don’t have to start from scratch — and you can’t break the report. Found a ready-made template that’s almost right? Reword any question to suit your club, and the report still comes out as polished as ever.
In Club Forms, pick a ready-made template and tap Edit. It’s yours to make your own.

Open the questions and edit the wording to sound like your club — here ‘Position’ has become ‘What’s your main playing position?’. A banner reminds you what you can change, and your wording saves with the template.

No risk of breaking anything: the answer types, order and layout stay locked, so you’re only ever changing the words. The polished report comes out exactly as it should.

Some things shouldn’t wait for review day — an injury, how a player’s feeling, a quick check-in. With a self-serve form you publish once and your players can fill it in the moment it happens, as often as they like. It’s not homework with a deadline; it’s just there when they need it. Here’s how.
It starts just like sending any other form. Open the form you want — a quick injury log, a wellness check, a short diary works best — and tap Assign, then pick your team. The one difference: turn on Players complete on demand, then tap Assign. That’s it. Now it won’t show up as something overdue — it simply sits there, ready whenever your players need it.

Your players open Academy and tap the Logbook tab — there are their self-serve forms, each marked Fill in any time with a little repeat icon. No due date, nothing chasing them. It’s there for the moment they need it.

They tap it open and answer the questions — exactly the same friendly form as any other in Academy.

They submit, get a quick “submitted — fill in again any time”, and the form stays right where it was. Knock the same knee next week? Fill it in again. Every entry is its own snapshot, so you build up a picture over time.
