Joining more than one team in your club

Already a member and want to join another team in the same club? Use the team code your coach or club sends you. You don't need to register with the club again.

Join another team with a team code

1. Tap your profile picture at the top of the screen to open the menu.
2. Tap Join New Team/Club.

3. Under Join a new community, tap Enter code.

4. Type the team code (5 letters and numbers, for example TV6KT) and tap Continue.

5. Check the club and team name, then tap Join Team.
6. If you have children in the club, choose who is joining: yourself or one of your children. Then tap Confirm.

You'll be taken back to your dashboard with a message that you've joined. If your club sent you a link instead of a code, just tap the link: it opens the same team screen.

"Ask the club to add you"

Some teams are closed: the club adds players to them itself. If you tap Join Team and see Ask the club to add you, the team code can't be used to join that team. Message your coach or club admin in Chats and ask them to add you (or your child).

"Email already linked to this club, please login"

This means you used the club's registration link or code, which is for joining the club for the first time. You're already a member, so log in and use a team code as above instead.

Adding your child to another team

• With a team code or link: follow the steps above and choose your child at Select user to join. If your child isn't in the club yet, choose + A new child.
• From your profile: go to your profile, then Children / Juniors, then Add, then Add Child. When asked Which team are they joining?, enter the team code or paste the link the club sent you.

See all your teams

Your teams are listed on your profile under Teams / Groups.

Common questions

• Can I be in more than one team? Yes. You can be in as many teams in your club as your club allows.
• I'm already in that team. You'll see Unable To Join: you're already a member, so there's nothing to do.
• The code isn't recognised. Check it with whoever sent it. Codes are for one team in one club, so a code from another club won't work.
