How to Pay for Something in Teamo

Managing your payments has never been easier with Teamo! The platform offers a streamlined experience with a dedicated payments tab, making it simple to keep track of your invoices, payment history, and membership options.

Getting Started with Payments

Click on your profile icon in the top-left corner of your screen.
Select Payments.
Overview of Payments:

From here, you can view:
Outstanding Invoices: See what payments are due.
Payment History: Review all past transactions.
Membership Options: Manage your memberships easily.

Features of Teamo Payments

Payment History

Teamo provides easy access to your full payment history, including transactions for any juniors linked to your account.

Child Payments

If your account is properly linked to your junior’s account, you can:

View all their payment details.
Pay for relevant items such as match fees, memberships, and tickets directly from your account.

Payment Cards

Want to simplify future payments?

Go to the Payments tab.
Click the money icon in the top-right corner.
Add a payment card or set up a direct debit mandate for seamless transactions.

How do I view my due invoices?

Click on your profile icon in the top-left corner of your screen.
Select Payments.
This will display an overview of all your outstanding invoices.

How do I select my membership?

Click on your profile icon in the top-left corner.
Select Payments.
Under the Membership Options section:

Click on the member in question.
Choose the correct membership type.
Select any relevant concessions.
Choose your team.
Purchase the membership.

How do I view my child’s payments?

Payments for any juniors linked to your account can be accessed under your Payments tab.
You can distinguish their payments by their name and profile icon on the invoice.
From your account, you can:
View their payment history.
Pay for match fees.
Purchase memberships.

How do I view my payment history?

Click on your profile icon in the top-left corner.
Select Payments.
Click History to see all past transactions.

How do I purchase a ticket for an upcoming event?

Go to your Calendar tab.
Click on the relevant event.
Scroll down to the Tickets section.
Select the tickets you need and click Book.

How do I add my card to make payments?

Go to the Payments tab.
Click the card icon in the top-right corner.
Add your payment card or set up a direct debit mandate.
