"I have a spreadsheet of members with information such as school and school year to import. Am I able to do this? "
Yes - if you have created live questions in your bespoke registration form, you can then upload any information you like when importing the members and labelling the columns. Members will be asked to complete the form when registering but you are able to import these details to keep your system up to date.
"Is it possible to import contacts into Teamo to test what it looks like without inviting my members immediately? "
Sure - when importing contacts, you can choose whether you wish to send invites immediately when importing or wait and send the invites at a later date.
Head to the Member's Center via Manage Club on the desktop version of Teamo. Once here, select the tools icon on the right hand menu > Import Contacts.
Select the spreadsheet to upload then label the heading columns. Edit any data that is incorrect and then select Import.
I am missing some information on the spreadsheet e.g. my member's phone number. Can I stil import them?
Yes, you will still need to invite your members once you have imported them and they will need to complete registration so you can import them without a mobile number and they can complete this information when registering.
Yes, when importing, it will ask you which team or club section you wish to assign the users to. If you have differenct club sections, you would be best to import different sheets for different club sections.
You can import basic information such as First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number, DOB. You can also import and label columns for any live registration questions that are on your account e.g. Emergency Contact Information, School, Medical Details.
