Registering new members, storing their information and updating it all season long can take serious time and effort. Cut this time down significantly with teamo and our automated registration process!

"I am fed up of transferring new member registration information from a paper form to an Excel spreadsheet."

With teamo, as soon as a new member registers to your team or club, all details are added to your online club database. This includes information such as contact details, date of birth, teams, along with any other information you have asked for in your bespoke registration form.

"My members keep registering without completing all the compulsory registration questions. How can I stop this from happening?"

In your Club Settings, you can turn on the option to mark a user as "inactive" until they complete all of the required information. This means that a user will not show in the Members Center, in group chats, on teamsheets or be able to access the app until all details are completed. You can then search for the word "inactive" in the Member's Center and Payments Center to view any users who have attempted registration but not fully completed it and contact them asking them to fill in the form in order to access their Teamo and become a fully active member.

"We are collecting sensitive information so need to ensure that only certain committee members have access to member information."

With varying levels of access depending on a member's role, certain information is only available to members. Admins and Section Managers are the only people who have access to the Member Center and Section Managers will only be able to view information relating to members in their section. For example, if a member was set as Men's Section Manager, he would only be able to see member information for the players in this section, and not the Ladies or Junior Section.

"My player's email address has changed and I need to update their details in the Member Center."

Not with teamo! When a player's details change, they can automatically update this in their Profile on their own account. This will automatically update in the Member's Center and removes the middle man (you)! You always have up-to-date information and never have to update player details.

"It would be great to see an update on how my members are using teamo. Is this available?"


Yes, on mobile, you are able to quickly view your member engagement analytics which outlines usage over the last month.

Alongside this, you will also receive a Monthly Snapshot email with statistics relating to chats, fixtures, and payments, with percentage comparisons to the previous month.

Where do I find the Members Center?

This is a desktop-only feature. Once you have logged in on teamo, head to Manage Club > Member's Center.

How do I filter the Members Center by section rather than all members?

To view information for a particular section, click the arrrow next to Whole Club and choose from the Groups that appear on the right hand side then click Done.

How do I find all players details for one team only?

Use the Search Bar at the top of page to search for any team name. This will show only members linked to that team.

Can I download my member's information?

Yes, head to the Member's Center on desktop and choose Download from the right-hand side menu. This will open up a pop up to check you have consent to download the info then you can choose to Download Current View or Download Wizard.

Download Wizard will allow you to choose what pieces of information you'd like to download from Members Profiles, Registration Forms, and Payments/Memberships.

What is the difference between Download Current View and Download Wizard?

The Download Current View option will download the information that you view when opening the Member's Center. This is basic membership information such as Name, Email, Guardian Details etc.

The Download Wizard allows you to download further member information along with the basic membership info that you have created on your bespoke registration form e.g. medical details, school, declaration/consents.

I want to download First Name and Medical Information for all my members. How do I do this?

Head to the Member's Center on desktop and choose Download from the right hand side menu. This will open up a pop up to check you have consent to download the info then you can choose to Download Current View or Download Wizard.

Choose Use Download Wizard. Here you will be able to select the fields you wish to download from the main Profile - choose First Name, Last Name.

Then select the Fields dropdown menu > Registration Form to then tick and select Medical Information field from the list of questions on your unique registration form. Once you have selected the fields, they will appear in the right hand column and you can use the two lines next to each field to rearrange the order of the columns if you wish before selecting Download. This will then download your report and simply select Click to Download to open it in a spreadsheet format.

I want to download a list of member's names, emails and how much they have paid. How do I do this?

How do I reorder the fields so that the columns appear in a certain order on the spreadsheet?

When using Download Wizard you can reorder by selecting the grippers next to the fields in the Order section and dragging them up or down to rearrange the order.

How do I download information for one section only?

When you open the Member's Center, select the section you wish to download the information for or select Whole Club in the top right corner to Select Club Section.

How do I turn on the option so that members are unable to use Teamo unil they have completed the compulsory registration information?

Head to Manage Club > Registration and turn on Members details are compulsory.

How do I hide new members until they have completed the compulsory registration information?

Head to Manage Club > Registration and turn on Hide New Members.


I would like to view a list of members who have tried to join but not fully completed the registration so are inactive members. As an admin, how do I do this?

If you head to Manage Club > Member's Center or Payment Center, you can use the search inactive which will produce a list of any members who have attempted to join but not completed registration.

I don't want my captains or managers to be able to edit or remove the players in their squads. How do I disable this?

Head to Manage Club > Edit Club Details and turn on Squad admins only.
