Teamo is available across many platforms - mobile, tablet and desktop to suit your needs wherever you may be. This allows everyone to view their sporting schedule on the go, or from the comfort of their own home.

"Some of my members do not have smartphones. Can they still use teamo?"

Yes, teamo is available for everyone - even if they don't have access to the mobile app. Or they may simply prefer to use teamo on their desktop. By heading to Web on Teamo, you can access teamo using the in-app QR scanner, or there are options to Login with Social Network or with Email/Password, for members who do not have access to the app.

"Do I have access to the same information across all platforms?"

Players have the exact same access on mobile and desktop. Admins and Club Section Managers have access to some extra desktop-only features that are just too big to fit onto a small mobile screen such as the Members Center, Payments Center, Squad Manager & Selection Manager.

How do I access Teamo on web?

Open your web browser and head to: https://web2.teamo.chat/doQR

Where do I find the QR scanner?

Open your mobile app and head to Account Profile Icon > Teamo Web/Desktop > Scan QR Code.

Can I be logged into multiple devices at once?

Yes, there is no limit to the number of devices you can be logged into.

I am trying to Login with Social Network but it is not working. What do I do?

Please ensure that the email address linked to your Social Network is the same as the email address that is registered to your teamo account.

I am trying to login with Email/Password but I do not have a password. What do I do?
