Guide to setting up Children and Guardians

Ensuring your child's account is set up correctly and linked to the appropriate guardians is essential for a smooth club registration experience. This guide walks you through creating a child account, linking multiple guardians, and managing these connections.

Joining the Club and Initial Registration:

• Begin by completing the junior registration form.
• If you’re registering as a guardian, enter your details first. Then, proceed to fill in your child’s information.
• Note: If your child doesn’t have their own email or phone number, leave those fields blank.

Adding Another Guardian:

• On the "Confirm Details" page, select the option to add another guardian. This step prevents duplicate child profiles by allowing a second parent or guardian to be linked directly to the child’s account.



Approval Process:

• Once submitted, your application will be placed in the club’s waiting room for approval.
• Only one parent needs to create the child’s account, after which guardians can be added.

Open the app:

• Click your Profile Icon (top-left corner of the home page).
• Select your name.
• Click 'Add' next to the Family Icon, then choose Add Child.
• Enter your child’s details. If your child will not log in to their account, leave the Phone Number and Email fields blank.



To add another guardian:

• Click your Profile Icon.
• Select your name.
• Select your Child.
• Click 'Add' next to the Family Icon. 
• Fill in the details for the new guardian.

When a child turns 18, they can choose to disconnect from a guardian's account, although staying linked is optional. Members must request an admin’s assistance to make this change.

For Admins:

• Navigate to the Members Centre.
• Locate the parent’s profile.
• Select the Family Icon, find the link between the child and guardian, and choose Remove Link.

Admins can also add or modify family links when necessary:

• In the Members Centre, locate the guardian’s profile.
• Select the Family Icon.
• To connect a child to a guardian:
• Choose the correct direction (guardian-to-child or child-to-guardian).
• Complete the details and confirm.

By following these steps, you can ensure that child accounts and guardian links are set up and managed efficiently, creating a seamless experience for all members.
