March was one of our biggest months yet. We shipped new features across memberships, events, the website builder, and the dashboard — plus a major performance push and dozens of fixes that make the everyday experience noticeably better.
Here's what landed.
Our new task and incident management system is now live for early-access clubs. Club admins can create tasks, log incident reports, and add notes directly to a member's activity timeline — with assignees, priorities, deadlines, and acknowledgement workflows.
Guardians are automatically attached to incident reports for their dependants, and the full activity history (team joins, emails, waiting room events, guardian links, and all MRM entries) is now visible on every contact's detail page.
If you'd like early access to MRM for your club, get in touch.
Tapping Going, Not Going, or Maybe on the dashboard now updates instantly instead of waiting for a server round-trip. The expand/collapse button no longer causes a janky redraw, and we've added a proper visual distinction between "not responded" and "responded Maybe".
Your club website now generates a sitemap automatically. Site Settings shows your sitemap status, page count, and last generated date, with a button to regenerate when needed. Your robots.txt is updated automatically so search engines can discover your pages.
We've also added auto-republish for stale fixtures: when a manager opens the website section, the home page fixtures and results are automatically refreshed if they haven't been updated in 24+ hours. No more outdated events lingering on your public site.
A brand new report wizard is now available inside the Members Centre download tools. Select a section and season, pick which columns to include, and download a CSV covering:
The right-hand settings panel in Import Fixtures now has a toggle to collapse it, giving the fixtures table more room. Long competition names in cells are truncated to fit instead of breaking the layout.
You can now use wildcards when filtering by group. Type InGroup: DC to match all groups starting with "DC". Available in both the Members Centre and Payments/Memberships.
Members with active rolling memberships from the previous season now show up properly on the main membership table — with their product name, a rolling icon, and a "Rolling" status badge. Clicking them shows the correct invoice history instead of "No memberships this season".
During the first half of the current season, the Outstanding Payments dashboard card now surfaces any unpaid fees from the previous season. A dedicated "Chase Previous Season" button takes you straight to the right page with the right season selected.
The Captain's Player award is now tracked and displayed across the app for Netball clubs — on the team stats table, individual player stats, and in the season report CSV export.
We've migrated from a 568px mobile breakpoint to 768px across the entire app. This eliminates the broken hybrid layout that appeared on tablets between those sizes — fixing the left margin bar, the grey right panel, and content not filling the full width.
All of these improvements are live now. Update your app to the latest version to get the full experience.
