Product Update November 2025

Check out some of our latest product updates designed to help you and your club. This includes: Updates to event role management, Multi-event registration question downloads and improvements to user experience on the platform!

Is there a member displaying as a guardian rather than a player in an event that their child is in too? You can now override the event roles so that members display correctly!

To override the event role within an event:

• Click into the event in the calendar
• Click 'Summary'
• Click on the members name you wish to edit the event role for
• Click 'edit event role'
• You will see the yellow pop-up explaining how to override the event roles
• Select on a player role from the list below
• Save changes

This new feature allows those playing parents to be marked as a player within an event that both their child and themselves wish to be a player in!

This new feature allows admins to download all of the registration questions linked to multi-day events linked to the same pass.

When would you use this feature?

You have set up a 5 -day half-term camp at your club, which users are able to purchase a pass for, but you require different registration questions for each individual day.

You will now be able to see all of the registration question answers on one document rather than individual spreadsheets for each day!

How to download the registration questions:

Once the users have purchased the pass linked to this event, you are able to review their registration questions! To do so:

• Click into the event that the pass is linked to
• Click 'summary'
• Click 'payments'
• Click 'review questions'

Here will display the users' answers to the registration questions for each individual day linked to the pass.

You can download this information by clicking the download icon.

We have been working hard on developing how users view the platform and ensure that the newsfeed and chat sections are efficient and easy to use so that your members don't miss out on important information!

• Loading the newsfeed history so that users are able to recall back to past news
• Event chats have had a refresh so that chat names and images are consistent to the event to allow for easy comparison
