Season Report

Managing a club generates a lot of data throughout the season, from player availability and match stats to memberships and match fees. That’s why we’re excited to introduce Season Report, a new feature designed to make reviewing your club’s season simple and efficient.

With Season Report, club admins can generate a full season CSV report containing key information such as player availability, match statistics, and payment data for any club section. This makes it easy to export and review important information, helping you stay organised and gain a clearer picture of how your club has operated throughout the season.

Whether you are preparing end-of-season summaries, reviewing attendance, or checking financial records, Season Report provides all the data you need in one convenient export.

It's simple! Simply click on Manage > click on Tools in the bottom right-hand corner > select Download, and then click on Season Report.

There are four main categories of downloadable data to choose from:

Availability & Attendance: The Season Report includes detailed availability and attendance data to help clubs understand member engagement across both training sessions and fixtures. This includes:

• Training events invited
• Training response rate
• Training responses include yes, no, and maybe
• Training sessions attended
• Fixture events invited
• Fixture response rate
• Fixture responses, including yes and no
• Fixture selections

Match Stats: The Season Report also includes key match statistics, allowing clubs to review individual player performance and contributions across the season. This includes:

• Appearances
• Goals
• Assists
• Player of the Match awards
• Yellow cards
• Red cards

Membership: The Season Report also includes membership and payment information, giving clubs a clear overview of member status and financial contributions. This includes:

• Membership status
• Product names
• Total amount paid

Match Fees: The Season Report also gives clubs a clear overview of match fee activity, making it easy to review assigned fees, payments received, and any outstanding balances throughout the season. This includes:

• Match fees assigned (count)
• Match fees paid (count)
• Match fees owing (count)
• Match fees assigned (£)
• Match fees paid (£)
• Outstanding match fees (£)

Once you have selected all your data, click on Next in the bottom right-hand corner and select Generate & Download CSV. Once downloaded, select Click To Download to view your report.

Please note: fetching stats makes one request per player and may take a few minutes for large squads
