Keeping track of payments for sports teams & clubs can be a real headache for captains & treasurers. You can now manage all Team & Club Payments in the one place. The Payments Center provides an overview of all members and their Membership Status and Match Fees. Alongside this, Tickets can also be kept track of in the app. Take care of all payments in the one place!
We would be too! With the Payment Center, you can remind all players with outstanding payments that they owe you money in just a couple of taps! As information automatically updates in the Payment Center when players make a payment, it means you have an up-to-date list of who has and who has not paid!
Absolutely. You can filter the Payment Center by section for memberships and by individual teams for match fees so you know which section/team have collected the most (or the least) money. We are aware that some Junior players play in Adult sections so have made it easy for you to find a payment summary for the Ladies section for example, not including payments from Under 18 girls who paid a junior membership fee.
With the ability to search for any field using the Search Box and sort by Product, it is simple to find what you are looking for, no matter the size of your club! We have created some useful tip and tricks. For example, you can search 'Cash' for Cash Payments, 'age:30' to apply age filters and assign fees, or to search for those who have been 'Assigned' and 'Not Assigned' memberships.
Included in the Payment Center is a Reports section. This allows you to match up all payments with Stripe or GoCardless payouts each day so you know which payments are included in each payout that go into your bank account. This also includes transaction fees and teamo fees on each payment so you know exactly how much you should receive.
This is a desktop only feature. Once you have logged in on teamo, head to Manage Club > Payments Center.
Once you have opened the Payment Center, choose the Match Fees/Tickets tab at the top of the screen. Click the arrow next to Match Fees Report and choose Training Ticket Fees.

Teamo's Payment Center default timezone is set to the Club's timezone (found in Manage Club > Edit Club Details). However, the default timezone in Stripe is UTC (Co-ordinated Universal Time), unless you have changed your Stripe Account Settings. Therefore, if the timezone's do not match, your reports may not match exactly.
Head to the Reports tab. You will find a TZ box next to the Search by options. Click this and you will have the option to chnage the timezone to match your Stripe account settings.
Head Manage Club > Payments Centre > Click on the season icon in the top right > choose the relevant season.
Head to the Payment Center, and select the Match Fees or Reports tab. By clicking on the Dates at the top of the screen you will be able to change your Date Range to show a previous season.
Head to Payment Center, scroll down to the bottom of the Info side bar and select Export View from the info side bar.
You can also download a member's payment history along with their member information e.g. email by heading to the Member's Center and selecting Download Database from the right hand side menu. For more information, head to the Member's Center Help section.
