The Payments Center is a desktop-only feature. Log in to Teamo and go to Manage Club > Payments Center.
Teamo defaults to the club’s timezone (Manage Club > Edit Club Details), while Stripe’s default timezone is UTC. Adjust the timezone in the Reports tab > TZ box to match Stripe’s settings.
Use the Reports tab in the Payments Center to match payments with Stripe/GoCardless payouts. Transaction fees and Teamo fees are included for accuracy.
Yes! Use the Export View option in the Payments Center to download data. For member-specific information, use the Download Database feature in the Member’s Center.
Failed payments will appear in the Failed Payments section. Contact the member to resolve the issue, and they can retry payment via the app
Yes, the Reports section includes transaction and Teamo fees, helping you understand the exact net amount received for each payout.
