Managing payments for sports teams and clubs can be a challenge, but with Teamo’s Payment Center, captains and treasurers can now handle all team and club payments in one centralised location. This feature provides a complete overview of Membership Status, Match Fees, Tickets, and more—making it easier to stay on top of finances.

Easily track who has and hasn’t paid their Membership Fees, Match Fees, and Event Tickets.

Payments are automatically updated in the Payment Center, ensuring accurate records at all times.

Filter by sections or teams, e.g., view only payments from the Ladies Section while excluding junior players with different membership fees.
Search by keywords like “age:30” to quickly find specific data.

Reports Section

Reconcile payments with Stripe or GoCardless payouts, including transaction and Teamo fees.
View detailed reports of payments received, failed transactions, and credit notes.

How to Use the Payment Center

Accessing the Payment Center - This is a desktop-only feature.

Log in to Teamo.
Navigate to Manage Club > Payments Center.

Reviewing Fees

Training Fees:
Go to the Match Fees/Tickets tab.
Click the arrow next to Match Fees Report and select Training Ticket Fees.
Social Tickets:
Go to the Match Fees/Tickets tab.
Click the arrow next to Match Fees Report and select Social Event Fees.

Changing the Season

For Membership Information:
Go to Manage Club > Payments Center, then click the Season icon in the top right.
For Match Fees and Reports:
Go to the Match Fees or Reports tab. Click on Dates at the top of the screen to adjust the date range.

Downloading Information

Membership Information:
In the Payments Center, scroll to the bottom of the Info Sidebar and select Export View.
For member-specific payment history, go to the Member’s Center and select Download Database from the right-hand menu.
Reports:
Go to the Reports tab in the Payments Center and select Download View.

Where do I find the Payments Center?

The Payments Center is a desktop-only feature. Log in to Teamo and go to Manage Club > Payments Center.

Why don’t my Teamo reports match my Stripe payouts?

Teamo defaults to the club’s timezone (Manage Club > Edit Club Details), while Stripe’s default timezone is UTC. Adjust the timezone in the Reports tab > TZ box to match Stripe’s settings.

How do I review payments from previous seasons?

For memberships: Go to Payments Center > Season Icon and select the relevant season.
For match fees/reports: Go to the Match Fees or Reports tab and adjust the date range at the top of the screen.

How do I reconcile payments with Stripe or GoCardless?

Use the Reports tab in the Payments Center to match payments with Stripe/GoCardless payouts. Transaction fees and Teamo fees are included for accuracy.

Can I export payment and membership data?

Yes! Use the Export View option in the Payments Center to download data. For member-specific information, use the Download Database feature in the Member’s Center.

How do I fix a failed payment?

Failed payments will appear in the Failed Payments section. Contact the member to resolve the issue, and they can retry payment via the app

Can I track transaction fees and net payouts?

Yes, the Reports section includes transaction and Teamo fees, helping you understand the exact net amount received for each payout.
