Teamo makes it easier than ever to assign members to the correct teams or groups within your club. Say goodbye to the hassle of manually sorting through players—now, coaches and managers can share unique team codes that let players join the right team directly.

How It Works

Coaches/Managers:

Find the team code from your team settings.
Share the code with the players you want to join the team.

Players:

Enter the code provided by your coach in their app.
Follow the simple steps to join your team.

Step-by-Step Guide for Coaches and Managers

Find the team code:

Open Teamo and navigate to The Club.
Select the team for which you want to generate the code.
Click the add members icon (top right).
Share the code with players via email, text, WhatsApp, or your preferred method.

Ensure Registration Forms Are Completed:

Any registration forms linked to the team will be mandatory for new members to complete before joining.

For Players: Joining a Team via a Code

Click on the link shared by your coach or manager.
Select open app.
Follow the instructions to complete the team’s registration form (if required).
Join the team instantly!

Will players still need to complete the team’s registration form if they join via a link?

Yes! New members joining via the link will be required to fill out the team’s registration form before they can officially join.

How can I share the unique link?

You can copy and paste the link directly from the app and share it through:
