At the beginning of the season, you can ask members to confirm that they wish to be part of the club for the upcoming season. This means your membership list is kept up to date each season and you can remove any non-returning members. You are able to view in the Member's Center & Payment Center who has opted-in for the next season.
You can switch on the Season Opt-In required which will ask all members to confirm whether or not they would like to opt-in for the new season when they next open the app.
No problem - you can send an opt-in email to all members in your current teamo list. This means that members are not required to go to the app - by clicking on the Opt-In link in the email, it will automatically update that they wish to be part of the club for the upcoming season. To create your new season, head to Manage Club > Manage Club Products. Tap the menu in the top right corner > Create New Season.
To switch on the new season opt-in in the app, head to Manage Club > Edit Club Details > New Season Options. Here you can select the Opt-In Required and choose the Season from your options.
Firstly, you need to check that Opt-In Required is turned On in Edit Club Details. To send an opt-in email to all current members in your teamo Member's Center, head to Season Opt-In (option on the right hand side). This will pre-tick every member who has not opted in for the new season and you can edit the email text.
To view who has opted in for the new season, head to Manage Club > Members Center/Payments Center. Here, you can easily view who has opted in or not as they will have a tick next to their name if they have opted in.
