Team Email

Effortlessly stay connected with your teams, groups, sections, or entire club using Teamo’s unique email system. This guide covers how to send emails, manage email lists, and more.

Teamo simplifies communication by providing unique email addresses for every team or group, such as 1stXI.clubname@teamomail.com. This eliminates the need to manually create and maintain email lists for committees, coaches, and team members.

Key benefits:

• Automatically updated mailing lists as team members are added or removed.
• Professionally branded emails with your club’s colours and logo.
• Members can respond to the sender without involving the whole group.

Mobile:

• Go to the Club tab, select All Teams, and choose the desired team/group.
• Open the Messaging tab to find the team’s email address. Copy this address and paste it into the To field of your email.

Web:

• Go to the homepage, click All Teams (bottom-right corner), and select the team/group.
• Navigate to the Messaging tab to find the team’s email address. Copy this address and use it in the To field of your email.

Tip: Ensure that you send the email from the same account linked to your Teamo profile.

You can email entire club sections, such as the Men’s or Junior sections:

1. Follow the same steps as above, but select the Section instead of a specific team.

Note: Only managers of club sections or club admins can send emails to entire sections.

To email all club members:

• Use the club email address, usually formatted as club.clubname@teamomail.com.
• This address can be found in the Messaging tab under the club group.
• Only club admins or managers of the club group can send emails to all members.

You can include attachments, but they must be in PDF format. Other file types will prevent the email from sending. Convert your files to PDFs before attaching them.

Members can reply to your email directly, but their responses will only be sent to the sender. Replies will display the member’s initials and "1 to 1" (e.g., GH 1to1).
