Team Migration

Preparing for a new season often involves reorganizing players into new squads, especially in junior clubs where players move up age groups (e.g., from Under 12s to Under 13s). Teamo's Team Migration Tool makes this process quick and efficient.

The Team Migration Tool allows you to:

• View the age and date of birth of all players in a squad.
• Select specific players or move all players at once with the Toggle All option.
• Automatically move guardians along with their associated players to the new team.

Access the Tool:

• Go to Teamo on the Web.
• Open the Members Center and find the Team Migration Tool in the sidebar on the right-hand side.

Select Players to Move:

• Choose the team you want to move players from (e.g., Under 16s).
• Choose the team you want to move players to (e.g., Under 18s).
• Select players individually or use the Toggle All option to select all players in the team.

Move Players:

• After selecting players, click Switch in the middle of the screen.
• Confirm the number of players you want to move.

Moving Guardians:

• Guardians connected to players’ accounts are automatically moved to the new team.

Example Use Case:

“I need to move all older players in my Under 16 team up to the Under 18s while keeping the younger players in the Under 16s.”

• Use the Team Migration Tool to view players’ ages and dates of birth.
• Select only the older players and move them to the Under 18s.
