What email address should I give to my DNS provider?
If your DNS provider or domain registrar needs to coordinate nameserver changes on behalf of your club, give them our support email: Message Teamo Support. Our team will liaise with them directly to complete the transfer.
If you have questions or can't find what you're looking for:
Any club using Teamo can start building their website right away! Firstly, a club admin needs to assign a Webmaster(s). They can do this by going to Manage > Manage Club Roles > Add Clubs Roles/Officers > Assign a Webmaster. Webmasters will have a ‘Website’ option on the left hand side of their Teamo on desktop. From here, they can start building the club website.
Teamo club websites are completely free if your club is already using Teamo to collect your club’s membership payments!
Great news! Speak to your account manager to arrange setting your site live. If you don’t have an account manager please Message Teamo Support. We will need you to provide the domain name that you own, and any MX records that can be found in your domain host account (these allow you to maintain any email addresses that are linked to your domain name). You will need access to your domain host account to set your site live.
No. We believe that you should own your domain name through a separate domain host account. If you need any advice on choosing a domain host or transferring your domain name to a new host please get in touch.
Step 1: Tell Us Your Domain
Contact Teamo support with:
We'll configure our servers and send you the nameservers.
Step 2: Update Your Nameservers
In your domain provider's control panel:
Replace existing nameservers with the ones we provide:
ns-590.awsdns-09.net
ns-1838.awsdns-37.co.uk
ns-1027.awsdns-00.org
ns-266.awsdns-33.com
Step 3: Wait for Propagation
DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to fully propagate worldwide. Usually it's faster (1-2 hours).
Changing nameservers to ours will disconnect any email forwarding you have set up with your domain provider.
Before changing nameservers, note down:
Send these to support, and we'll add them to your new DNS config.

We'll add these to your DNS configuration.
Alternative: CNAME Record (Email-Safe Option)
If you want to keep your existing DNS and email:
This option requires more back-and-forth but preserves your email setup.
