Is your club looking for a new, easy to use website? Look no further than TeamoSites!
Our websites are easy to use, require no coding knowledge or previous experience, and integrate with your Teamo app. If your club is already paying for a Teamo package, then you get a website completely for free!
Your website is all edited within the Teamo platform, with some sections even editable from the mobile app.
First up, you need to assign a webmaster. This is someone who can access and edit the site structure and all the pages of the website. They can also approve requests for items to appear on the homepage featured reel. There's no limit to the number of webmasters you can have, however, it's usually sensible to have just a small handful of people who have access to all these features.
To assign a webmaster, head to Manage Club > Manage Club Roles > Add a Club Role/Office > Select the necessary person as webmaster. Once you've done this, your webmaster will see a Website option on their left-hand side main menu in Teamo desktop. From here, they can access all the tools they need to start building their website.
Use the other TeamoSites sections in our Help Centre to understand the different areas within TeamoSites!
Don't forget, if you can't find what you're looking for in the Help Centre, email us using the button below or get in touch via the in-app support chat!
Great news! Speak to your account manager to arrange setting your site live. If you don’t have an account manager please Message Teamo Support. We will need you to provide the domain name that you own, and any MX records that can be found in your domain host account (these allow you to maintain any email addresses that are linked to your domain name). You will need access to your domain host account to set your site live.
Any club using Teamo can start building their website right away! Firstly, a club admin needs to assign a Webmaster(s). They can do this by going to Manage > Manage Club Roles > Add Clubs Roles/Officers > Assign a Webmaster. Webmasters will have a ‘Website’ option on the left hand side of their Teamo on desktop. From here, they can start building the club website.
Teamo club websites are completely free if your club is already using Teamo to collect your club’s membership payments!

No. We believe that you should own your domain name through a separate domain host account. If you need any advice on choosing a domain host or transferring your domain name to a new host please get in touch.
We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
