How to Use the Attendance Register

Mark Attendance During Training

Go to the training event via the Calendar.
Tap Summary > Attendance Register.
Select players who attended the session.

How to Find the Attendance Report

Access the Attendance Report

On Mobile:
Go to the Club Page, navigate to the Teams section, select your team, and tap Attendance Report.
On Desktop:
Go to the Home Page, find the Teams section, select your team, and click Attendance Report.

Export or Print Attendance Data

Open the Attendance Report on the web or desktop.
Click Download/Print to save or print the data for your records.

How do I find the Attendance Register for training sessions?

Go to the training event in the Calendar. Tap Mark Attendance under the Coaches/Managers Summary, then select Attendance Register.

How do I quickly find a player without scrolling through the full list?

Use the Search icon at the top of the Attendance Register to locate a player and mark them as attended.

How do I export or download attendance at training sessions?

Navigate to the Attendance Report and click Download/Print. Note that this feature is available on web/desktop only.

Multiple people can't update the attendance register at the same time - why?

When multiple people update the attendance register simultaneously, only the last person's changes are saved. Earlier changes may be lost.

Why does this happen?

The attendance register doesn't merge changes in real-time. Each person sees a snapshot, makes changes, and saves. If two people save, the second save overwrites the first.

What's the best way to work around this?

Option 1: Take Turns

Agree on an order (e.g., U8s first, then U10s)
Each group leader saves before the next starts
Wait 30 seconds between saves

Option 2: One Person Compiles

Each group leader writes down attendance on paper/notes
One person enters all the data at the end

Option 3: Separate Events (Recommended) Instead of one "Training" event for all ages:

Create separate events
Each age group marks attendance on their own event
No conflicts!
