Venue Manager and Competition Checker Admin Tools

Utilise both the Venue Manager and Competition Checker tools to quickly build your hub of information that can be used to create events with greater detail moving forwards.

You can find these 2 tools under Manage Club > and under the Club Admin section.

Venue Manager:

Add, edit and manage the venues/locations saved in your club! This will limit admin workload by adding important details for each venue in one go which will reflect in each event with the specific venue!

To Find the Venue Manager:

> Manage Club

> Under Club Admin section

> Venue/Locations

How to use the Venue Manager:

You will see the locations that have previously been added to events and an option to add a new location.

Creating a New Venue:

>Click 'Add Venue'

>Input the details for the Venue and save

Managing the Venues:

Once the venues have been added, you are able to manage these and add any specific details

  • Click on a venue to manage it
  • You can then enter the location, postcode, notes for parking etc.
  • Move the pin to the exact location

Once you have added these details for each location in the venue manager, these details will appear under all events with this location, minimising the admin work of adding these to each event!

Admins will be able to access the Venue Manager to edit or check any details for each location imported into Teamo for their club!

Competiton Checker:

Manage your teams and competitions, edit team details, set team photos and manage team competitions!


To Find the Competition Checker:

> Manage club

> Under Club Admin > Team/Competitions

How to use the Competition Checker:

  • Select the team from the left-hand side you wish to manage
  • To add a competition, click the '+' icon next to 'leagues/competitions'
  • Add the competition title, website link and a link to the league table
  • Save changes

Once this information is saved, admins will be able to view the competition information for each team here, as well as the information linked to the events!

We also copy all this information to the team pages used in Teamosites, so you will want to make sure this info is correct!

Each time an event is created for the specific teams, this competition information with the link to the website will display under the events details.

Will venue details automatically update on events if edited within the Venue Manager?

Yes! Editing venue details from the Venue Manager feature will update information on all created events this is linked to this location!

Who can access the Venue Manager?

Only club admins will have access to the Venue Manager.

Where can I find The Leauge Table Link to add to the Competition Checker?

You can copy the URL link for the league table for this specific team/competition by searching this in google. Make sure that the URL is in the suggested format.

Can Coaches and Managers See These Features?

Captains and managers are unable to make changes within these features, however they will be able to see changes made to the venue's or competition status under the events they are linked to!
