Our junior section is an integral part of our club that supports and develops child of all abilities. Whether your dream is to play for England or if you're picking up a bat or ball for the first time, we believe there is no better place for young players to develop their love of the game whilst having fun.
We are able to provide a pathway for children aged 4-18 years old and then into senior adult cricket. We are very proud of our junior teams performances and achievements in local competitions, but our aim is to develop all our junior players so every player at the end of season is better than they were when the season started, playing to there best ability and most of all having fun along the way with their friends and coaches.
We enter teams into local junior cricket leagues, local competitions and other club events, to give our juniors plenty of opportunity to showcase their skills in a game environment.
Our junior section has a growing reputation within the local area as a great place for any young player looking to either take their first steps in the game or players who are looking to develop their game further.
As part of the junior section you will have access to a great team of experienced volunteer coaches that are led by the club's lead coach who has experience of coaching at a higher level.
We also invest in our facilities at the club where you will have use of a state of the art 2 lane enclosed net system, bowling machine and numerous other coaching equipment.
During the summer we provide weekly training session for all ages, league fixtures and local competitions. All junior training and matches are played at our home ground in Worlington, The pitch and clubhouse provide a great environment for the whole family in a fun and safe manner.
