Bloxwich Men's 1s pulled off an excellent 1-0 against Bromsgrove thanks a Matty Boden strike halfway through the first half. The boys defended for long periods but were rewarded with their 4th win in six games.
Liam Glasby returned to the Men's 2s helping them to share of the spoils against Finchfield drawing 2-2. Martin Oates with the other Bloxwich goal.
An out of sorts Bloxwich Men's 3rds suffered a heavy 6-0 home defeat against North Staffs, while the Men's 4s welcomed Bob Foster back to action but lost 2-0 against Harborne.
Ellie Hayward made her debut in goal for Bloxwich Ladies 4s (pictured) and claimed a sheet as the girls drew 0-0 with Shrewsbury.
The Ladies 3s were back to winning was claiming an excellent 3-0 victory against Keele students. A Steph Shaw double and a Mia Anderson strike enough for all three points.
Hayley Scott & Eva Lunn scored giving the Ladies 2s their first win over the season and a massive three points against Lichfield.
The Ladies 1s suffered a disappointing 1-0 loss against Brum Uni.
Next weekend is the league break giving all players a weeks rest before we return to league action on Saturday 4th November.
