We are very proud to announce that BHC's Martin Oates will be representing England & Bloxwich Hockey Club at the Masters Hockey World Cup in New Zealand!
Martin started his hockey career at Bloxwich HC at 14, represented Staffordshire & Midlands prior to being selected to play for England Masters. This season he has taken on 3rd team captaincy which gives him opportunity to oversee & mentor the progression of our upcoming juniors.
Together with 1’s player Matt Boden, Martin coaches Bloxwich 3s & 4s team on a Tuesday night 7-8pm offering a wealth of expertise & knowledge.
