Bloxwich Ladies 1s drew 2-2 on Saturday against Stratford thanks to goals from Katie Freeman and Katie Greensill, the girls followed this up with a 4-2 win on Sunday Bridgnorth (pictured) thanks to a Garrick from Kate Freeman and a strike for captain Charlotte Mincher.
A tough start to 2024 for our Ladies 2s who lost 4-0 at home to Ashbourne.
Bloxwich Ladies 3s started their weekend with a 2-2 against Stafford on Saturday thanks to goals from Niki Lockley and Steph Shaw. On Sunday the ladies visited league leaders Newport and had a tough day losing 4-0.
Our Ladies 4s started the year with a friendly against a strong Barford Tigers losing 4-1 despite keeper Ellie Hayward playing really well in the Bloxwich goal.
A horrid start for the Men's section.
Men's 1s lost 3-1 away Cannock despite leading the game thanks to Liam Brazier
Bloxwich Men's 2s lost a five goal thriller 3-2 against Shrewsbury. Adam Baldwin and Jason Palmer with the Bloxwich goals.
The Men's 3s lost 2-1 against Old Wulfs despite a goal from Shabba Butti.
Finally our Men's 4s lost 3-1 against a strong Newport side, a goal from Hukham.
