Bloxwich Hockey Club are proud to announce that we have been awarded a "Special Sporting Award" in the Men's Summer Hockey League.
The league organiser Bob Ellis advised :-
Congratulations on Bloxwich Barbarians being nominated and subsequently awarded a "Special Sporting Award" by their fellow competitor teams in their respective MSHL Division this summer season...
This award has been given for our Men’s 2nd Team for the way we behaved and developed and supported and guided our juniors in the games.

We are really proud to win the award of Special Sporting Award. The Barbarians team is a development team of mixed ages and returning hockey players mainly and we worked hard last year to play hockey the right way so this means a lot.
