17-year-old Eva Lunn, a dedicated BHC member, recently ignited a wave of generosity within the club by setting up a donation box to support Ablewell Advice, a beloved charity serving Walsall. Her proactive approach has demonstrated the club's dedication to making a positive impact in the local community.
Ablewell Advice stands as a beacon of hope for many in Walsall, offering critical aid with debt, welfare, and running a vital food bank service. Inspired by Eva Lunn's leadership, members of Bloxwich Hockey Club responded wholeheartedly, contributing to the donation box with an outpouring of support.
Thanks to Eva Lunn's effort and the enthusiastic participation of Bloxwich Hockey Club, the charity received an impressive array of donations: 95.7 kilograms of food, 9.7 kilograms of toiletries, and £60 in cash.
The donation box at the club served as a rallying point for members to express their solidarity with the local community.
