Another confident performance from the U16B in the Tier 2 Cup. Robust defensive work led to GK, Will, not touching the ball - a disappointment to his fan club! Some good moves and PCs did not lead to a goal until 32 mins when Elijah put a well placed shot through the keeper's legs. An enthusiastic team talk from Coach Will led to George scoring a very good individual goal on 40 mins and then followed up with another from a PC 2 mins later. A good outcome; onwards and upwards. We may need to travel some distance for the QF. Possible opponents: Reading, Woking, Ipswich, Eastbourne/Holcombe and Preston.
