Under 10s are in School Year 4 and 5
The Minis Hockey Section at Chichester is coached by a team of committed coaches who have experience in both hockey and working with young people. The aim of the sessions is to make sure the children have fun, begin to learn hockey skills and are physically active.
Under 10s will play in Hampshire Hockey's range of festivals with other clubs and will have some competitive hockey in the England Hockey In2 Hockey tournaments.
All Minis Hockey takes place on a Sunday and the Festivals are an integral part of the journey.
This is a great age to start hockey, join the club and begin a young person and family’s journey with us. Many of our current 1stXIs longest serving members and young people playing in representative sides started playing in this section of the club.
