ECB National Programmes Newsletter - Important Clubspark News

The following information is provided by the ECB National Programmes Team

Happy New Year!

We're delighted to officially announce that your new National Youth Programmes Clubspark system will go live next Thursday, 16th January 2025.

The system will provide a number of exciting new features and benefits, including:

• Improvements to public search and navigation, making it easier for parents/guardians to find and book their kids onto programmes.
• Simplified Checklist to help you get set up and ready with your new programmes.

Alongside this, there will be a range of new modules and features for you to benefit from, with more details on this to follow soon.

There are two very important bits of information to be aware of ahead of 16th January 2025.

• Change of user accounts - The new Clubspark system connects to the ECB's single sign-on service, meaning you no longer require a separate login/password for Clubspark. Instructions for how to access the new system using your ECB account will be sent out on the 16th January.

• Clean up of clubs & users - In line with the ECB's privacy policies and best practice, we will not be moving all of our data into the new system. Any clubs that have never run courses will be removed, as well as users who have not used the system in the past 2 years. This means that receiving this email does not necessarily mean you will be invited to the new platform for 2025. We will however share more information closer to the system launch date on what to do if this is you.

Any courses for 2025 will need to be set up in the new system on, or after the 16th January.

The current Clubspark system will be unavailable from this coming Monday (13th January) to allow these changes to take effect.
