Club House Appeal

As a Gold sponsor you will be one of the Club’s main sponsors and benefit from a tailored package of sponsorship opportunities designed to meet your marketing objectives and budget.

Packages start from £5,000 with all of the money going to the Club House Appeal.

Your bespoke sponsorship package could include:

• Team sponsorship with branding on shirts and tracksuits
• Perimeter banner advertising
• Club event sponsorship
• Prominent promotion on the Club website, social media and newsletters published weekly
• Inclusion in press releases and match reports 

Our Purple sponsorship packages are aimed at companies and organisations that recognise the value of our Club House Appeal sponsorship opportunities but want their brand presented in a more focused way.

With fewer items, and offered at a lower cost, our Purple packages can include:

• Team playing shirts with your branding
• Your logo on the Club website, social media and newsletter
• Perimeter banner advertising

Guide price for a bespoke Purple sponsorship package is £1000– £2500, depending on the items selected. 

Our sponsorship opportunities are not just targeted at larger companies. We’ve detailed below a range of different ways that individuals and small companies can show their support. Donations and interest free loans will all form part our Club House Appeal and provide valuable funding for the project.

• Any donations – whether on a one-off or recurring basis – are always welcome
• Interest free loans

Something to think about...

• Higher rate taxpayers may choose to make a Gift Aid declaration on their donation, allowing the Club to claim additional funds and the taxpayer offset some of their tax liability
• Donations from limited companies may be tax deductible and reduce your Corporation Tax bill 

Businesses that choose one of our SWHC Club House Appeal sponsorship packages will present their products and services to around:

10,000+ people per year 

Comprising:

• 300+ adult playing, social, VIP and honorary members (see page 2)
• SWHC supporters and family members
• 350 youth squad members and their families
• 100 opposition teams from across East Anglia and their supporters

Our facilities are also used by:

• Joyce Frankland Academy, Newport, staff, pupils and their families throughout the school year
• Other clubs during the school holidays
