Register for 2024/25

How to Renew your Membership

To renew your membership of SWHC for 2024/25 membership fees are due.

Please *login to your account on the TEAMO App - we strongly recommend that you log out and login, not just reopen the App, to ensure the App has synched to the 2024/25 season.

Then go to your 'Payment' area in your profile (top left):

  1. Under 'Membership Options' select the 'Club Membership' of the person you wish to renew - there will be more than one if you are a player with children at the club or a parent/guardian with more than one child.
  2. You will see a list (alphabetical) of the membership types available to that person.
  3. Select the membership you want, and then choose either full membership or a concession rate if applicable
  4. 'Buy'.
  5. If payment is successful, TEAMO will confirm (big tick!), and your paid membership invoice will be available in the 'History' tab.

Subs must be paid before you can participate in league matches for the club. This is to ensure compliance with league rules and also that the club’s insurance is valid.

Additional information on how to pay, either through TEAMO or via BACS, can be found here.

*Please be aware, the first time you open TEAMO in the 2024/25 season - TEAMO will:

  1. Ask you to confirm if you want to opt ‘IN’ or ‘OUT’ for the 2024/25 season (indicative only).
  2. Ask you to review and re-sign the Club Declarations for the 2024/25 season (parents/guardians do so on behalf of their young person).
  3. Ask you to complete any new or updated registration questions to ensure the information we hold is up to date.

If you 'Opt Out', we'll be in touch before 1st September to confirm your decision to leave the club, and will then remove your TEAMO account (assuming all invoices paid).

New Members

Sign up to our player platform on TEAMO

*Register on our player platform on TEAMO via the link below (or using the link on the home screen) – please read the following instructions/information before using the link.

  • I am already on SWHC TEAMO. If you are already on SWHC TEAMO (you are an existing SWHC player or coach, or already have a young person with the club), and would like to register a child(ren), DO NOT use the link. Family members are added from within your profile in the TEAMO App.
  • I am already on TEAMO but with a different sports club. If you already have a TEAMO account with a different club, register using the SWHC link, BUT, make sure you use the same contact details (mobile number and email) that you used previously. Once registration is complete, you will be able to toggle between clubs in your profile in the TEAMO App.
  • Registering an U6-U14 player. If you are a parent/guardian registering an U6 - U14 Age Group player, please do not enter a mobile telephone number or email address for your child on the first registration screen. Please leave those fields blank – communication in these age groups is with parents/guardians only.

You will be asked to choose a 'Club Section/Team'

  • Adults - please select all sections of interest, so we can add you to the correct teams and put you in touch with the right people. For example 'Senior 2022/23 - New Registration' and 'Umpires' if you will be playing senior league hockey but would also like to umpire for the club.
  • U18s - please select ‘Youth 2022/23 – new registration’ (apologies, it is right at the bottom of the list!)

Once you have submitted your details, CCHC will be in touch to confirm whether your registration has been accepted - our admins are all volunteers, but we will try and get back to you within 24 hours..

*For our youth section, some of our age groups are very popular, and have a waiting list, so we may not be able to confirm a place immediately.

Once membership is approved, please go to your 'Payment' area in your profile (top left ):

  1. Under 'Membership Options' select the 'Club Membership' of the person you are registering - there will be more than one if you are a player with children at the club, or a parent/guardian with more than one child.
