Create your own custom registration form to gather all member's information in one place.
Making and giving out registration forms can be extremely time consuming however this no longer needs to be the case when using Teamo. When a member registers with Teamo their information will be stored in one GDPR compliant system rather than having to gather the information from various places and spreadsheets.
The registration form can include any questions you want and can be tailored to specific groups such as Juniors, Adults or Guardians. With the ability to have complusory ‘required answers’ and different types of questions such as Emergency Contact Details, Medical Information and Declarations. You are also able to edit and add questions anytime throughout your season.
You can also add your own Privacy Policy which could include your Data Protection Privacy Notice, meaning all of your members agree to the Terms & Conditions set by Teamo along with the your clubs Privacy Policy before they register.
You can also download all the information about particular teams or sections, by using our download wizard. You will need to make sure you get consent of all members before you do this.
You are able to send out your registration link to new members by copying and pasting the link via email, group chats or on social media. Members can then follow this link which will take them through the registration process for a the club or a particular team within the club.
Providing you have set your registration questions live before you have sent the link to new members then it will take them to your custom registration form you have made.
