February has been a packed month at Teamo. The headline feature — one a lot of clubs have been asking for — is Qualifications & Checks, letting you track coaching badges, DBS checks and safeguarding certificates right on member profiles. We’ve also shipped accessibility improvements, a new waiting room button, and a handy AutoPay collection schedule.
Club admins can now record coaching qualifications, DBS checks, safeguarding certificates, and any other credentials against member profiles. Each entry tracks the qualification type, awarded date, expiry date, registration number, and current status.
Smart expiry tracking monitors dates automatically. Valid qualifications show in green, those within 90 days of expiry turn amber, and anything past its expiry date goes red. No manual status updates needed when a certificate lapses.
Adding a qualification is straightforward: tap the plus button on a member’s profile, pick from your club’s defined types — or create a new type inline — fill in the details and save. Types are categorised as Coaching, Safety/DBS, Leadership, NGB or Other.
In the Members Centre, a new qualifications column shows a colour-coded medal icon per member. Exception banners alert you to expired and soon-to-expire qualifications, and clicking a banner filters the list to just those affected members — making it easy to chase renewals.
Whether you’re tracking FA Level 1 coaching badges or Enhanced DBS checks, everything lives in one place.
The waiting room is no longer buried inside notification settings. A dedicated button now sits in the top bar next to the notification bell, showing a live counter when people are waiting for approval. On desktop it displays a label for the first few uses, then collapses to a compact icon to keep things tidy.
Payment status dots across the platform now use distinct geometric shapes alongside colour — circles for paid, diamonds for overdue, squares for not paid, and dashed circles for pending. Combined with a research-backed colourblind-safe palette, everyone can distinguish payment states at a glance.
The Outstanding Payments card now has an info icon that opens a month-by-month collection schedule. Because each member has a monthly auto-pay limit, large outstanding balances take several months to collect. The new popover predicts exactly when each chunk will be collected — useful for clubs forecasting their cash flow.
