We've enhanced the "Membership Payments Hidden" privacy setting to give club administrators more control over what payment information team managers can see. This feature protects individual member payment amounts from being viewed by managers who don't need financial access.
What does the feature do?
When the "Membership Payments Hidden" setting is enabled by club administrators, team managers will no longer be able to view:
- Membership payment amounts for other members
- The Individual's payment page
- Membership invoices belonging to other members
Despite the restrictions, team managers retain access to:
- Their own membership payments
- Payments for their registered dependents
- All other payment categories, including match fees, tickets, fines, donations, and merchandise
- Event attendance, availability, team rosters, and communication tool
These restrictions do not apply to:
- Voucher Administrators – retain full payment access
- Section Managers with Payment Center Access – retain full payment access
- Members viewing their own payments – always have full visibility of their invoices
For Club Administrators
To enable or disable the setting:
- Go to Manage Club → Edit Club Details
- Locate the toggle for "Membership Payments Hidden"
- Enable to restrict team manager access
- Disable to restore default access permissions
For Team Managers (When Enabled)
- The Individuals button in Team Payments is hidden
- Direct access attempts to the Individuals page will show an “Access Restricted” message
- In Payments Due and Payment History, membership invoices for other members are automatically filtered out
- Managers will see only their own and their dependents’ membership invoices
- Other payment types remain fully visible across the team
