NEW FEATURE: Teamo Web Shops

We’re excited to announce the launch of Teamo Web Shops – a brand-new way for your club to grow, connect, and generate more revenue beyond the Teamo app.

With your own club-branded web shop, you can now offer a tailored shopping experience to both members and non-members. Whether you're selling club merchandise, social tickets, or event access, your web shop provides a smooth, professional storefront accessible to anyone – anytime.

Teamo Web Shops are an extension of the product offerings already available in the Teamo app, now accessible via a web browser. This means your club can:

• Sell merchandise and tickets outside the app
• Reach non-members for events and training days
• Handle guardian/dependent purchases easily
• Collect custom info through pre-checkout questionnaires

From dinner ticket options to training day registrations, your web shop is designed to make club sales simple and seamless.

Teamo Web Shops are live for all clubs accepting card payments with Stripe via Teamo, with initial support for:

• Merchandise – Sell club gear directly through your shop
• Tickets – Perfect for social events, games, or fundraisers
• Product Groups – Organise your shop beautifully
• Pre-Purchase Questions – Collect menu choices, sizes, or preferences before checkout

Examples:

• Dinner tickets with menu selections
• Training day access for non-members (fully integrated with Teamo’s attendance registers)
• Merchandise available to everyone – not just those on the app

• Add images to your products – a great photo sells itself!
• Keep product info clear and inviting
• Group similar items to help users browse easily

Setting up your web shop is easy:

Configure your web shop:

Go to the Manage Club section and click on the banner to select Configure. From here, you can:

• Assign a contact person - All enquiries via the Web Shop Contact form will be sent to this person.
• Set a shop order heading - This will appear as the subject line on email receipts.
• Preview your web shop – View your live site and make sure everything looks just right.

Publish your merchandise :

Open any merchandise or ticket product in Teamo and use the Publish Options to make it visible in your webshop.

Note: If a Product Group includes at least one visible item, the entire group will automatically appear in your shop.
