🎯 Match Fee Timing – More Flexibility
You can now allocate match fees up to 6 days before a fixture, making it easier to collect payments before matchday and ensure everything’s squared away by Monday.
This means less chasing after the weekend and more time focusing on the game itself.
💸 Swiftaid is Now Fee-Free!
Our partner Swiftaid, who helps clubs collect Gift Aid on donations, no longer charges a 5% fee – making every donation go further for your club.
It’s now 100% free to boost eligible payments with Gift Aid, increasing your fundraising potential instantly.
📱 Custom Club Logos in Notifications
App notifications now feature your club’s logo OR Profile icons instead of the standard Teamo icon – a simple touch that adds polish and identity to every message.
It’s a small change that makes your club feel even more connected and professional to members.

(Logo must be added via App Design, only ADMINS can access this. Any user can change and add their own profile icon to their account too.
👥 Event Response Tabs by Role
Managers can now view responses to events grouped by demographic – whether it’s players, coaches, parents or other roles – for quicker planning and clearer comms.
No more scrolling through long lists – just click the relevant tab and see exactly who’s responded.
💬 Match-Day Messages – No More Workarounds
Managers can now start match-day chats without needing to be on the teamsheet. Simple, logical, and now live.
This update gives you more control over communication, even when you’re not playing or coaching that day.

Club admins can now view and manage all saved club locations from one central place. See addresses, maps and linked fixtures with ease.
It’s your new go-to hub for keeping all venue information accurate and accessible across the club.
🏆 NEW: Competition Checker
A powerful new tool to make sure each team is linked to the correct competition, with handy links to league tables for quick access.
You’ll save time on admin and avoid fixture confusion with this built-in validation tool.
📅 NEW: Calendar Filter by Team
Managing or playing for multiple teams? You can now filter your calendar by team to see only the events that matter to you.
It’s a clean, focused view that makes navigating your schedule faster and easier than ever.
