Teamo offers an "all-in-one" management system designed to reduce admin tasks, boost member engagement, and solve communication problems associated with running a sports team or club.

Referred to as an 'organisation life saver', Teamo allows members to complete online registration forms and payments via one GDPR compliant platform to reduce the amount of time volunteers spend on admin.

Member's information is automatically synced to the Member's Center which provides an overview of all member information. Groups of members can easily be reminded to complete registration information, respond to events or pay memberships without the need to trawl through contact lists.

The Teamo Payment Center makes life easier for your volunteers and your members by having all payment information in one place, so there's no need to compare spreadsheets and bank accounts. Clubs can tailor membership payment plans for those in different sections and with different needs (i.e. one-off payments or instalments). Teamo also allows you to set-up other club products such as match fees and tickets for social events. All payment data is held securely in a GDPR compliant system.

Teamo allows junior members to be fully involved in the club community in a system that ensures child protection and GDPR compliance. With our Junior Feature, guardians are included in all club communications and can manage their junior's availability on their behalf, as well as being included in all chats, ensuring child protection for Under 18s. This allows coaches and managers to communicate important information directly to their junior teams with guardians always copied in automatically.
