CPD Courses

In order to coach at Westwood volunteers require a valid DBS, and to have completed 3 FA Courses:

  • Safeguarding Children
  • Introduction to First Aid in Football
  • FA Playmaker

Lead coaches are also expected to complete Introduction to Coaching Football. Links to these courses can be found below

To initiate a DBS Check please contact the club safeguarding officer James Jackson, to be reimbursed for course costs or to arrange to take the Introduction to Coaching Football Course, please contact club treasurer Rob Biddlecombe.
