Today, on 15th May 2022 at the Taray Community Stadium in Larkfield, our Under 18s battled it out against Borough Green Junior.
After a fairly even start, there were a couple of promising chances for Ditton Minors but unfortunately we just couldn't find the back of the net. Until, a header from captain, Dylan, put us 1-0 up just before the break.
The Under 18s played their hearts out for the remaining 45 minutes and managed to secure a further 2 goals. Final result was 3-1.
After the match, the boys enjoyed their celebrations in the stadium and were presented with their Ron Hamer cup trophies.
After the Cup presentation, the team were presented with their Division 1 league winner medals after celebrating a tremendously successful season, winning 11 of their 12 games.
Congratulations to the team, managers Kevin & Pete on this amazing success - we're extremely proud of you all!
