Membership Categories

As in previous seasons for the 2024/2025 season Richmond HC will continue with membership based on a joining fee and match fees charged additionally for the teams.

Adult subs will be due from 15 September and should be paid by 01 November.

The following rates apply:

Adult subs for members in full time employment paying before 01 November – £285

Adult subs for members in full time employment paying after 01 November – £335

Adult subs for members in full time employment aged 25 or under – £225

Adult subs for members in full time employment aged 25 or under paying after 01 November – £275

New members – £175

University Students (including Gap Year Students) – £75

Unemployed members and goalkeepers with their own kit – £75

Anyone who has not paid by 01 January will not be selected until they have paid.

Please note that for juniors, the above represents the rates for adult hockey. Junior players pay the junior subscription rate of £260, even if they may also participate in adult hockey or choose to only participate in adult hockey.


Registration

In August/September each player will be asked to opt in for the new season when on teamo. Data collected on the registration form on Teamo will only be used for club business and will only be shared on a need to know basis with key members of the club. By registering on teamo each season you are giving consent for your data to be collected. Full information on our GDPR policies can be found on the Club Policies page.

All returning members should re-register by 1 September. If you moving away from the club please let your captain know so that you can be removed from the database


Payments

Membership fees will be assigned in September to all member accounts.

Match fees will be charged after games. All will be collected via the teamo app.

You must pay to be eligible for selection and to be insured to play. To pay, in the Teamo app click on your Profile and select Payments.

Financial hardship: if you only earn a low or modest income or find yourself facing financial hardship that would prevent you from paying the full membership fee or match fees, please contact the Junior Secretary or relevant Club Section Captain via our Contact Us page to help find a way for you to continue to play hockey. For example, the club may be able to offer the a reduced membership category, offer instalment payment options or you may apply for assistance from our Outreach Funding Programme.
